CO-SOURCING
Co-sourcing is an offering from Neo Tech that attempts to remove all the headaches IT projects have in managing the resources needed when things are fluid.

We start by creating a service level agreement for a limited period of time, usually one year, centered around the types of resources that a project may need on a just-in-time basis. Neo Tech works with the client to determine all the soft skills necessary to insure a productive team member.

From that point forward, when the client needs a supplemental resource on a project, they contact Neo Tech and we quickly send in a contract employee that meets the need. Our candidate selection process ensures there is no need for clients to interview or perform any other assessments, all the hassles are removed. Client managers can focus on projects and solutions, not job descriptions, contractor interviews and other less-productive tasks.
