Analyzing end user SLA requirements for system uptime requirements; Automating or improve existing systems with continuous integration and deployment frameworks; Analyzing or recommend any good open source or commercially available software to maintain deployment workflows; Daily system administration, monitoring, and tuning of network across multiple offices, co-locations and Amazon AWS; Configuration Management – Design, implement and maintain system specific environments; Automating processes using Puppet or other tools from dev environments through to production; Testing, maintaining, and monitoring mission critical systems, including coordinating the installation of software patches and code package deployments; Developing technical documentation for IT processes and standards; Developing scripts, code for automation and or operations management; performing the installation and configuration of the core server application technologies; Develop tools and implement processes to deploy internally developed services on azure Automate creation, maintenance and monitoring of a variety of production and test environments; Collect and analyze performance, utilization, and health data for trending and analysis, server capacity, and testing. Drive requirements as needed for future growth; Troubleshoot issues to perform root cause analysis; and Provision new servers, maintain and upgrade existing servers; Pre-production Acceptance Testing to help assure the quality of our products / services; System troubleshooting and problem solving across platform and application domains; Suggesting architecture improvements, recommending process improvements; Evaluate new technology options and vendor products; Ensuring critical system security with best in class cloud security solutions.

Education: Bachelors' Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Systems/Electronics Engineering
Provide Human Capital Management system support to all our HR functions including: Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Benefits and Compensation, etc.; Ensure delivery of integrated talent solutions through use of disciplined project management principles, particularly those enabled by technology; Maintain and enhance NeoTech’s human capital data and systems; Responsible for providing systems and business analysis support; Enhancing and/or upgrading existing HR applications and systems; Conduct business process analyses and needs assessments in an effort to align information technology solutions with business initiatives; Provide solutions that create efficiencies for organization; Responsible for developing and maintaining a reporting environment that meets business needs and leverages system capabilities and automation; Manages projects and ensures completion on time and within budget; Applies a detailed knowledge of business analysis concepts, practices, and procedures to determine most effective business system applications. Responsible for the configuration and ongoing maintenance of various modules within our Human Capital Management system including but not limited to: benefits, compensation, reporting and analytics, dashboards, recruitment, onboarding, workflows, and system notifications; Gathers high level requirements and provides business analysis for the assigned project phases and recommends the technical strategies and tactics that will assist the business in achieving its goals; Creates and maintains business requirements which include documentation, formulating and defining application scope and objectives; Develops workforce analytics and dashboard reporting on: headcount activity, hiring, attrition trends, head count forecasting, etc.

Education: Bachelors' MBA or Bachelor’s in Business Administration plus 5 years of experience as an analyst, software engineer.
Develop, create and test comprehensive test cases and detailed test procedures for System, Integration, Regression, Smoke, Functional/Black Box, Grey Box, White Box testing; write test documentation; develop test strategy for a given project based on current functionality, key business needs, and system capabilities; assist in improving processes and methodologies to ensure consistent, high-quality, on-schedule product releases; design and implement automated testing solutions, including development of unit and browser automation tests: perform and monitor test execution, evaluate test results, and follow up with Developers on resolutions; perform manual and automated tests based on the test specification and report test results; configure and maintain the test laboratory equipment; design/implement infrastructure and test scripts for automated tests; use GUI, testing, object oriented design, Web Applications, and RDBMS, application of IEEE Standards and Methodology and documentation methods. Furthermore, as Software Quality Assurance Tester, the beneficiary shall be responsible for the following: Review User Requirements, User Interface Specifications and Design Documents; prepare Test Plan and Procedure Documentation along with preparing and executing Test Automation Scripts; execute certification testing, report defects and release day checkout. review business and functional requirements; develop, publish, and implement test plans and test cases; write and maintain test automation preferred; involved in developing quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts. Relocation/telecommuting may be required plus travel to various unanticipated client locations within the US for short and long term assignments

Education: Bachelors' Master’s in Computer Science/ Applications/Engineering (Electronic/ Electrical/ Telecom). Will accept Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Applications, Engineering followed by at least five years of progressive experience in field or related field in lieu of Masters.
