We make sincere efforts to schedule class dates well in advance with USAF POC’s ensuring training received is at the units best time not ours. This is important to Neo Tech because we realize that scheduling personnel for training is a complicated process in light of real world operational tempo’s we all support.

Tailored training to meet unit specific needs.
Neo Tech recognizes the importance of flexible training plans as all units do not utilize load planning software the same way. Many units use LOGMOD, CMOS, GATES extensively, each with different but significant training requirements unlike any other. We coordinate with unit POC’s to determine what file systems the unit uses on a daily basis and then concentrate the training effort to satisfy end user requirements. The result can usually been seen as different training for different units still providing joint service understanding
of the software application.

Flexible payment options and pricing plans.
Neo Tech provides training for up to twenty students per class at your location which maximizes USAF training dollars. Classes with multiunit personnel can be funded with units only paying their share of the total cost. For example if Unit A has ten students and Unit B have ten. The cost per unit is simply divided in half and paid by Unit Funds Managers using Government credit cards. All forms of payment are accepted by Neo Tech from the unit level, greatly expediting the end requirement...professional load plan training for your personnel when you require it.

Unit administrators wishing to install software can call for our assistance. We will be personally walk through step by step the AALPS installation process. End users can call and receive 24/7 assistance regardless of there location on all matters concerning the software application
